We’re located in New Cross, an area with an eclectic population that makes art and music thrive. The area is covered with local pubs, cafes and restaurants for all tastes. With great transportation connections, we’re two minutes walk from New Cross Gate and New Cross overground and train stations. There are also several buses that serve 24 hrs and connect with the city center. Our location is also convenient if you’re visiting London to attend a concert or event at the O2 Arena.

Cancellation: If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 72 hrs prior the date of arrival the prepayment for the first night of the reservation is non refundable. If you cancel or modify your reservation less than 72 hrs prior the date of arrival or in case of no show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: A Group is classified as a party of 8 guests or more. A group reservation remains as ‘provisional’ until a non refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the total booking value has been received by New Cross Inn Hostel. Once this deposit has been received the group reservation becomes guaranteed and subject to our Group Terms and Conditions. New Cross Inn Hostel reserves the right to cancel any booking with provisional status once reasonable efforts have been made to contact you. Once the deposit is received a Confirmation clearly stating the deposit paid will be forwarded to you and will also act as your receipt. The remaining 50% of the total fee must be received by New Cross Inn Hostel no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Please allow an extra 5 working days prior to the payment due date for a bank transfer to clear. If the remaining balance is not received 7 days prior to arrival New Cross Inn Hostel will endeavour to contact you. In the event you cannot be contacted then the group reservation will be cancelled and the 50% non refundable deposit will be retained by New Cross Inn Hostel.
Cancellation: Any cancellation from the group must be notified at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund less the 50% non refundable deposit already paid. Final numbers can be adjusted, up or down, up to 7 days prior to arrival date. Increases are subject to availability and will be charged at the current applicable rate. Should the number in the group or nights of stay drop below the original booking, refunds will be as detailed in the cancellation conditions below. The rate may also be reviewed at New Cross Inn Hostel’s discretion. If any of your group fail to arrive, without notification, on the arrival date then the bed will automatically be charged as a non-arrival for all nights of the stay and there will be no refunds. In the event you wish to cancel your booking more than 14 days before arrival, the 50% deposit is non refundable. If you cancel the reservation less than 14 days before arrival all payments are non refundable. Should any group members become unruly resulting in complaints from other guests, New Cross Inn Hostel reserve the right to cancel the group reservation, which will result in early eviction from the property without any monies refunded.
As a Backpackers Hostel, New Cross Inn Hostel reserves the right to deny accommodation at the management discretion.
